Whilst we can’t formally charge for the use of our minibus, running a vehicle such as this does come with significant cost and as such we would request a donation for its use.

Minibus Usage Suggested Minimum Donations

Donations for the usage of the minibus is suggested at the following rates: (NB – is is suggested that external organisations will donate the below rates plus 50%)

Evening: £25

Weekend (4pm Friday – Sunday evening): £80

1 day: £50

2 days or part thereof: £80

3 days or part thereof: £115

4 days or part thereof: £145

5 days or part thereof: £170

6 days or part thereof: £185

7 days or part thereof: £200

If your usage period is longer than 1 week, each additional day is charged at £20 per day on top of the 7 day usage charge.

Please note that the minibus will normally be collected with a full tank of fuel and fully cleaned and should be returned in a similar manner.
